BETHEL, CT — Bethel police issued a missing person alert Tuesday as officers search for a 21-year-old man last seen in town.
Police said Rafael Pagan-Benitez was reported missing and was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, black shorts and a black-and-white baseball cap with an American flag on it.
According to police, Pagan-Benitez is approximately 6-foot-2, weighs about 200 pounds and has brown curly hair in a mullet style.
Anyone who sees Pagan-Benitez or knows where he may be is asked to contact the Bethel Police Department at 203-744-7900.
