BETHEL, CT — Overnight road work is planned this week on a stretch of Greenwood Avenue in Bethel, town officials announced.
The town's Highway Department will perform road maintenance on Thursday night into Friday morning along Greenwood Avenue between Blackman Avenue and Chestnut Street near Food Bag.
Officials said overnight parking will not be permitted, and motorists should make alternate parking arrangements if necessary.
The road will remain open to through traffic, but drivers are urged to use caution while traveling through the work zone.
