Rounding out the top three is 27 Nashville Road Extension, listed at $855,000. The 3,090-square-foot home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 full, 1 half) and has been on the market 37 days.

No. 4 is 26 Codfish Hill Road, asking $850,000. It's the smallest home on this list by square footage, at 2,044 square feet, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 full, 1 half). It has been listed 14 days.

Closing out the top five, at $825,000, is 25 Hickok Ave. The 2,837-square-foot home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and has been on the market 16 days.
