The same day, 106 Concord Lane sold for $500,000. The two-bedroom, three-bath condo offers 2,222 square feet, at $225.02 per square foot.
4 Windaway Road sold Sept. 3 for $700,000. The four-bedroom, three-bath home offers 2,112 square feet on a 0.65-acre lot, at $331.44 per square foot.
Also closing Sept. 3, 2-B Topstone Drive sold for $681,000. The three-bedroom, three-bath home offers 2,198 square feet on a 10,019-square-foot lot, at $309.83 per square foot.
What this says about the Bethel market: Prices in this batch ranged from $500,000 to $1.05 million. Three single-family homes sold for between $681,000 and $1.05 million, while two condos changed hands for $500,000 and $620,000.
