Join us at the Bethel Public Library for our annual holiday cooking demonstration and tasting on Wednesday, November 4, 7 pm. The Silo Cooking School Director, Sandy Daniels, along with Silo instructor Nancy Stuart, will show us how to make “Fabulous Phyllo Presents.” You will be amazed at how quickly these thin sheets of dough can be transformed into delicious “presents” from your kitchen! The holidays are a special time show family and friends how much you care by offering delicious food in a festive way. Registered guests will enjoy a taste of the fabulous phyllo presents prepared by these professional chefs! Don’t miss out, register today.
Registration is required and strictly limited to 50. Register online at www.bethellibrary.org, call 203-794-8756 ext. 4, or sign up in person at the Library. The program is sponsored by the Friends of the Bethel Public Library.
