Are you aged 14 to 20 and looking for high adventure in the outdoors? Can you imagine yourself canoeing with friends in the Adirondacks? Hiking the Shenandoah? Snowshoeing in Vermont? Caving? Rock climbing? Camping?

Venture Crew 70 is co-ed and based at Cullens Youth Association, 72 Taunton Lake Road, Newtown. The crew is run by teenagers – adults are there to advise and guide. You don’t need to be from Newtown to join, simply have a can-do attitude and a desire to do something more than spend the weekend on the couch. We meet every couple of weeks and try to run a weekend trip every month.

Join us and you could be eating breakfast at the top of a mountain and making great friendships for life!
