Bethel Baseball Association is Selling 'Ball in Claw' Decals to Support Chris Lemone Fund

Bethel Baseball Association will honor one of their own by flying flags on their fields at half-staff through the end of the fall season.

Bethel Baseball Association is selling “Ball in Claw” window decals and Bethel themed anti-glare eye strips to help the family of a beloved coach, mentor, father and beloved community member, Chris Lemone.

Lemone passed away suddenly from an apparent heart attack on Sunday leaving behind his wife and three children.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Chris Lemone Childrens’ Scholarship Fund.

Bethel Baseball Association wrote on their Facebook page:

“As many of you may already be aware, Bethel Baseball Association lost one of its own this past weekend. Chris Lemone passed away suddenly on Sunday. Chris was an extraordinary person, and an outstanding coach who was revered by the other coaches and admired by the players. The Bethel Baseball Association will honor Chris by flying the flags on Leonard and Pullan Fields at half-staff through the remainder of the Fall season.”
