Bethel Chamber Launches Pop-Up Boutique

BETHEL, CT-- Target, Walmart, Amazon.... a "necessary evil" or "Big Box" killers of small businesses? The Bethel Chamber of Commerce has been working with local, independently owned business owners to help residents see the need to support merchants and offer more shopping variety downtown.

The Chamber has launched a new pop-up called "The Bethel Boutique" that opens its doors to the public on Tuesday, April 4, which is also "$20 Tuesday," a monthly initiative to encourage residents to patronize locally owned shops, restaurants and businesses.

Executive Director Bobbi Jo Beers posted:

"Look what's popping up inside the Chamber Office, Bethel Boutique, featuring the following businesses; Gemini Dream Jewelry, Billy's BBQ, Traveling Chic Boutique, and anyone else interested in selling their products. The Chamber will remain open late beginning Tuesday April 5th thru Saturday April 16th. Come check it out!"
