Bethel To Hold Recycling Facility Public Hearing Online
The public hearing on the plan to expand a wood recycling facility will be held as online video conference Tuesday evening.
BETHEL, CT — The public hearing on the plan to expand a wood recycling facility on Wooster Street will be held as online video conference Tuesday evening at 7 p.m.
All Regional Recyclers of Wood has proposed constructing a nearly 8,000-square-foot facility on its 104 Wooster Street property to sort and receive recycling materials. At earlier meetings, some residents expressed concern over the impact the building would have on downtown, among other issues.
The public may send comments via email at landusepbethel-ct.gov, and is invited to participate in the hearing via the web conferencing platform Zoom, on which the meeting ID will be 99411225743, according to a notice posted on the town's website.
