Bethel Inviting Bids to Replace Water Mains

BETHEL, CT -- The Town of Bethel is soliciting bids for what it is calling the "Various Water Main Replacements Project."

In general, the work involves construction and installation of water main replacements, including but not limited to: reconnecting services, hydrants, valves, fittings, connection to and existing water main, associated earthwork, and restoration.

Deadline for bids is July 31, 2018. A pre-bid conference will be held at Clifford J. Hurgin Municipal Center, Public Works Department, 1 School Street, Bethel, CT, 06801 on Monday July 16, 2018 at 10 A.M. Attendance is non-mandatory, but participation is encouraged.
