Bethel Man Charged with DUI and Operating with Suspended License
The Bethel man was reportedly driving erratically on Laura Lane on Dec. 10, 2015.
A 72-year-old Bethel man has been arrested and charged with driving while under the influence and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, according to a police report.
Wayne Tolman, 72, was arrested on Dec. 10 at approximately 4 p.m. after an eyewitness reported an intoxicated male driving erratically on Laura Lane. Police stopped him and administered a field sobriety test, which he failed. Tolman was brought to police headquarters and charged.
He was released on $100 bond and is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Dec. 21, 2015.
