Bethel Man Charged With Violation of Probation
The Bethel man was found guilty of risk of injury to child and illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under influence of alcohol/drugs.

A Bethel man was arrested on Oct. 9, 2015 for violation of probation, according to a policereport from Lieutenant Michael J. Libertini.
Marc Lividini, 41, turned himself in upon learning of two active warrants. He was released on $2,500 bond, posted by his parents, and is due in court on Oct. 20, 2015.
According to court records, on April 1, 2015, Lividini was found guilt of Risk Of Injury To Child and Illegal Operation of a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs.
