A Bethel man is facing charges after Wilton police say he was driving with no insurance. According to police, Sharun Neelakantam, 22 was stopped for traveling too fast on Danbury Road. Police say he was going 49 mph in a 35 mph zone. It was found that Neelakantam did not have insurance, police said. He was charged with misuse of plates and having no insurance.
