Bethel Pet Valu Hosting Grand Opening This Weekend
There will also be adoptable pets from area animal shelters attending the event.
BETHEL, CT — Bethel pet owners now have a new place to get pet supplies, and the store is hosting a grand opening for families and their pets this weekend.
Pet Valu will be opening the doors to its Durant Avenue location Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. when it hosts its Grand Opening event. Families and their pets are invited to attend for free samples, goody bags, raffles and prizes, kid-and-pet-friendly entertainment and refreshments.
The Danbury Animal Welfare Society and the Looking Glass Animal Rescue will also be on hand with adoptable animals from 9 a.m to 3 p.m.

According to a Pet Valu Facebook Post, the Bethel location has been open since January 14.
The store is located at 9 Durant Avenue near CVS and the Bethel Parks and Recreation Building.
