Bethel Public Hearing Regarding New Development on Greenwood Ave. is Tuesday Evening

The Bethel Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting to hear the application of The Woods Phase II for property located at 263 Greenwood Ave. The application is for a 7-unit building. Residents will be heard and communications will be received at this meeting which will take place Tuesday, June 9 at 7 p.m. in Room D of the Clifford J. Hurgin Municipal Center, 1 School Street Bethel.

According to Loopnet.com, the property is located next to Burger King and across from Belardinelli Tire. It as previously occupied by a retail strip building which was destroyed by fire and demolished, according to the real estate listing.
