Bethel Public Library Presents Talk on World War I

The presentation is in commemoration of 100th anniversary of the war.

Dr. Gerard Brooker will lead a discussion at the Bethel Public Library for “World War I Revisited” on Thursday, Sept. 3 at 7 pm.

Brooker, a local writer, world traveler and humanitarian, will give background on the causes of the war, the battles that were fought and the heroism of the soldiers. He also will share photos of his recent World War I tour. A question and answer session will will be held.
