Bethel Sets Public Hearing for New Business Park Expansion
The plan calls for Trowbridge Drive to be extended by 16 acres.

BETHEL — A plan to expand Clarke Business Park will get a public hearing Tuesday, the News Times has reported.
The plan calls for Trowbridge Drive to be extended by 16 acres, to accommodate four new lots.
The project is expected to cost $1 million, and a referendum would be required if the budget exceeds that number. When completed, lots would fetch between $350,000 and $550,000.

The Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled the meeting for 7 p.m. Tuesday in Room D in town hall.
