Bethel VNA Hosts Flu Clinic at Berry School

The flu clinic is for Bethel students and families and will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015.

Flu Vaccines will be available for ages 6 months and older. Preservative-free flu vaccines, High-Dose flu vaccines for ages 65 years and older, Intranasal FluMist (live) vaccine for ages 2 – 49 years, Quadrivalent inactivated flu shots as well as traditional flu shots will be available.

Please bring your medical insurance card - Insurances that will be billed directly are: Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, ConnectiCare, Healthy CT, Medicare Part B & Oxford, Medicare Advantage Plans with Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, ConnectiCare, & Wellcare

  • No charge for Vaccines for ALL CHILDREN 4 AND UNDER
  • No charge for children 18 years or younger who are Medicaid or Husky A/B enrolled, has no health insurance/self-pay, American Indian or Alaskan Native, or under-insured
  • If you do not have a participating insurance plan, payments will be accepted by cash, check, health savings account or credit card. Bethel VNA is NOT a preferred provider for flu vaccines for Cigna or United Health Care (including Secure Horizons). For more detailed information about Seasonal Influenza vaccines, visit CDC.gov
