Bethel to Vote on $450,000 for Middle School Cooling System

Money would come from the town's fund balance, and installation would occur before the onset of warmer weather in May.

BETHEL, CT — Residents will meet at a special town meeting Tuesday to approve $450,000 for a cooling system for the middle school, the News Times is reporting.

The system failed early in the school year, and the moisture levels were extreme, officials said.
