Bethel Woman Arrested Outside of Her Home for Yelling and Other Charge
According to a police report, the woman was yelling outside of her Cawley Ave. home, creating a public disturbance.

A Bethel woman was arrested by Bethel police after they were called to a residence on Cawley Ave. for a disturbance.
Deborah Kern, 53, was yelling outside of her home and when police arrived on scene they recognized her as having an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear in the 2nd Degree, according to a release.
On Oct. 28, 2015 at 9 a.m., Kern was arrested, taken to police headquarters and processed on the same day.
Court records show that Kern was also arrested on Sept. 8, 2015 for creating a public disturbance, on Sept. 10 for reckless driving, and on Sept. 15 for 6th Degree Larceny.
