Bethel Woman Flips, Threatens Roommate With Spatula

An 18-year-old Bethel woman was arrested Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. after police said she threatened her roommate with a spatula.

Police were called due to a disturbance at a residence on Payne Road. When police arrived they found Ashley Turpin yelling at a house mate, according to the police report. When they ordered her to put down the spatula, she refused, resulting in her arrest for disorderly conduct.
