Bethel's Food Truck Fridays Return for Summer

BETHEL, CT -- Food Truck Fridays, featuring food from local restaurants and music of all types, will return to the municipal center lawn this Friday, June 1. They will continue on the first and third Fridays of June, July and August, from 5 to 8 p.m. each day.

Here's the line-up:

• June 01: Food from Green Grunion, Fork in the Road, Rice and Beans, Chef Zip Exchange, Drewba Q, Szabo’s Seafood, Cinnamon Churros, Good Humor Ice Cream and Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen; music by Gorja.
• June 15: Food from Green Grunion, Rice and Beans, Spuds Your Way, Chef Zip Exchange, Weenie Lynns, Salsa Fresco, Cinnamon Churros and Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen; music by Siren.
• July 6: Food from Green Grunion, Rice and Beans, Spuds Your Way, Chef Zip Exchange, Drewba Q, Cinnamon Churros and Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen; music by Switchback.
• July 20: Food from Green Grunion, Rice and Beans, Spuds Your Way, Chef Zip Exchange, Fork in the Road, Sonny’s Grinders, Cinnamon Churros and Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen; music by Mental Health.
• August 03: Food from Green Grunion, Rice and Beans, Spuds Your Way, Chef Zip Exchange, Fork in the Road, Cinnamon Churros, Good Humor Ice Cream and Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen; music by Sugar Death Whistle.
• August 17: Food from Green Grunion, Rice and Beans, Spuds Your Way, Chef Zip Exchange, Szabo’s Seafood, Cinnamon Churros and Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen; music by Kenn Morr Band.

Food Truck Fridays are presented by the town and Newtown Savings Bank.
