Bethel's Little Black Dress to Play at Festival of Trees Beer Tasting

The beer tasting will be held on Friday, Nov. 20 and benefits Ann's Place, a Danbury nonprofit that helps people affected by cancer.

The 13th Annual Festival of Trees in Danbury will be held from Nov. 19 through Nov. 22. The festival is hosting its first ever Beer Tasting event Friday night, Nov. 20, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The event will feature a wide selection of craft beers and live music by Bethel-based band Little Black Dress in the ballroom, and Danbury’s own Future Tense in the beer garden. The $55 ticket includes tastings in the tap room, dinner, dessert, a souvenir glass, and admission to the festival ballroom where 160 Christmas trees will be on display and available for raffle. Vendors and artisans will sell unique holiday gifts and crafts.

The Festival of Trees is a holiday tradition that kicks off the holiday season. The Festival benefits Ann’s Place, a Danbury-based cancer support center that offers free services and resources to cancer patients and their families.

The event will be held at The Matrix Conference Center, 39 Old Ridgebury Road, Danbury.
