Bethel's Molten Java to Host Open Mic Story Hour
10 story-tellers will share a 5-minute true story based on the month's theme

BETHEL, CT -- On the third Friday of each month up to 10 story-tellers will share a 5-minute true story based on the month's theme, at the Molten Java coffee house in Bethel.
This month it’s Friday, July 20 at 8-9 p.m., and the Hat Town Story Hour theme is "close calls." This as an opportunity for those with a 5-minute story to tell, true as remembered, about a close shave, squeaker, photo finish or lucky escape. No story to share? Plan to cheer on our storytellers as part of the audience.
Hat Town Story Hour takes place at Molten Java in Bethel and follows the same storytelling guidelines as The Moth, available here.
