Laughter yoga: an easy, fun, joyous way to exercise

Laugh your way to feeling great with a one-hour laughter workout, a.k.a. laughter yoga. No pretzel poses or downward-facing dogs. Just playful breathing exercises, high-hilarity group activities and lots of belly-laughs for an energizing aerobic workout. Led by Laughter Yoga International-certified leader Norma Schmidt: 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov 3, at St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church, 95 Greenwood Avenue in Bethel, across from Caraluzzi’s Bethel Food Market. An optional potluck dinner follows.
