“We are writing to you in connection with the Application filed with Florida Tower Partners LLC d/b/a North Atlantic Towers. AT&T intervened in support of Docket 458. AT&T is withdrawing its intervention without prejudice at this time. AT&T continues to have a need for a new infrastructure to provide reliable service in eastern Bethel and the adjacent area of Newtown. It is anticipated that AT&T would use the proposed facility, if approved, in the future. AT&T regrets any inconvenience and thanks the Siting Council and Staff, community and others for their time and consideration of its interest in this matter.”
