The Buddy Walk for Down Syndrome is Sunday in Bethel

Please come join us for the 15th annual Bethel Buddy walk Sunday October 4, 2015 at the Sycamore Restaurant Registration begins at 12:30 and the walk will start at 1:00

The classroom assignment and inspiration prompted Jessica Robbins to start the walk in honor of her cousin Andrew Speziale, who along with other Bethel residents have Down syndrome. The walk started in 2000 and has grown in size each year with the help of many volunteers and local businesses.

There will be face painting, bake sales, and a free raffle. Sure to be fun for all. The walk is 1 mile with a $5.00 registration fee ($15.00 registration fee for family/team) and with pledges of $50.00 or more you receive a T-Shirt. 100% of the proceeds go to the National Down syndrome Society.
