Celebrate Free Comic Book Day 2015 in Bethel

Comic book fans hoping to share their passion for superheroes and super villains without having to spend their own cash will get their chance this Saturday.

Free Comic Book Day takes place May 2 with comic book and specialty shops across North America and throughout Connecticut all signed up to take part. The one-day promotion has been an annual event since 2002, designed to introduce newbies to the fascinating world of comic books.

Every retailer signed up for the event may have its own rules about participation.

Comic Underground located in Bethel is taking part in this year’s observance.
