Cookie Decorating at Bethel Library Open to Children

There are two available sessions.

The Seventh Annual Holiday Cookie Decorating Programs, in Memory of Shelly Arnhold and sponsored by the Arnhold Family and Friends, will take place on Dec. 4 and 6.

Session One

4 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 4

Session Two

2 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6

The program is open to children ages 4 to 9 and will take place in the children’s program room at the Bethel Public Library, 189 Greenwood Ave.

Children under 7-years-old must be accompanied by an adult during the program. Parents and guardians of older children attending the event must remain in the building while the program is in session.

During both sessions, children will decorate several large holiday cookies with frosting, sprinkles, candy and many other goodies.

Children will take home some of the cookies while those remaining will be donated to theBishop Curtis Congregate and Reynolds Ridge.

Registration is required to attend either session. Register in person at the Children’s Services desk or by calling 203-794-8756, Ex. 5, during library hours. Each session is limited to 20 children.
