CONNECTICUT — The daily coronavirus positivity rate has again dropped below 1 percent, while the number of hospitalizations remains below 100, and falling.

The number of Connecticut hospital beds holding COVID-19 patients has dropped nine, to 85.

An additional 115 cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed in the state since Tuesday, bringing that total to 347,678. With 11,747 tests reported, the daily positivity rate now sits at 0.98 percent.

Coronavirus-associated deaths across the state rose by three overnight. The COVID-19 death toll in Connecticut now stands at 8,247.
