Bring your rolling pin, apron, and a small knife to learn to make stuffed pasta tortellini filled with prosciutto and Parmesan cheese. Please bring a container to bring your tortellini home in. There is a $10 supply fee payable to the instructor when you meet. 8 students/1 class Class for adults.
