Food Truck Fridays Return To Bethel This Summer
Food trucks, live music and a new mobile bookstore are scheduled for the season opener.
BETHEL, CT — Food Truck Fridays are returning to Bethel this week, bringing food vendors, live music and a new mobile bookstore to the Municipal Center lawn.
The town's summer series kicks off Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Municipal Center.
Residents can purchase food from participating trucks or bring takeout from local restaurants while enjoying live music from Billy Michael & Company.

Food trucks scheduled to attend include Taco Road Trip, The Coop, Rich's Wings & Things, Dish It Right Here, Smash Bros, Jesse's Ice Cream and Wild Sips.
Community tables will also be available, and organizers said the event will feature the grand opening of The Petite Booktique, a mobile bookstore.

Additional Food Truck Fridays are scheduled for June 26, July 10, July 24, Aug. 14 and Aug. 28.
The events are held on the Municipal Center lawn from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
