Why Go: Celebrate Valentine's Day while participating in a Pizza Lauretano tradition. The restaurant is welcoming back the band Cool Struttin', a quartet with an unique style and true feel for the swing era make them a pleasure to see live. 
Pricing: $7.50 music fee, $10 minimum - reservations strongly encouraged.

Where/When: The Bethel Public Library, Saturday, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. 
Why Go: Not only can you find romance books in every genre, but proceeds will also be used to benefit programs and purchase special materials for the library.

3. SWEET HEART DINNER, DANCE & AUCTION
Where/When: The Portuguese Cultural Center, Danbury, Saturday, 6-11 p.m. 
Why Go: The event includes dinner, drinks and dancing, and the proceeds benefits St. Mary's School in Bethel.
Pricing: $75 per person

4. Where/When: Frank A. Berry Elementary School cafeteria, Friday, 6:30 – 8 p.m.
Why Go: Support your local Parent Teacher Organization, have fun with friends and neighbors playing Bingo.

Where/When: 21 Lake Ave., Danbury, Saturday, 6-11 p.m.
Why Go: If you've RSVP-ed, this is your reminder to support DAWS at its Annual Make a Difference Ball, which raises money for the organization.
