This is the yearly fundraiser, all proceeds are for the purpose of preservation and maintenance of the historic Second Meeting House.

You are invited to the 30th Annual Bethel Historical Society Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner and Raffle, a benefit for the 1842 Meeting House, on Saturday, March 14, 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., at 40 Main Street in Bethel.
A feasting of corned beef and cabbage, potatoes, onions, carrots, and a cash bar, a full dessert table, and the mysteriously delicious orange drink.

This is the yearly fundraiser of the Veterans Holding Corporation. Made up of members of the VFW Post 935 and the Bethel Historical Society, the group’s purpose is the preservation and maintenance of the historic Second Meeting House. There are no paid members and all proceeds tom this event go directly toward this beautiful building that has truly been the Heart of Bethel’s History.
