Haskell To Hold Standing Coffee Hours In Bethel
State Senator Will Haskell represents parts of Bethel, New Canaan, Redding, Ridgefield, Weston, Westport, and Wilton.
BETHEL, CT — Starting on Tuesday, Feb. 11, State Senator Will Haskell (D-26) will hold a standing weekly coffee hour at Bethel's Molten Java coffee shop, located at 213 Greenwood Avenue in that town. The coffee hour, to be held on Tuesdays from 7:45 to 8:30 a.m. during the 2020 legislative session, will allow Sen. Haskell to regularly speak with members of the public.
"I am looking forward to starting this weekly coffee hour," said Sen. Haskell. "I believe government works best when we have elected officials who listen. The discussions I have with the public allow me to know where they stand on key issues, better informing my work in Hartford on behalf of all of them."
