Hilarious Comedy 'Finnegan's Wake' to be Performed at the New Michael's at the Grove in Bethel

Imagine you’re at the hit play Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding, only it’s Irish, and it’s a funeral.

The Greater Danbury Irish Cultural Foundation is proud to present a hilarious interactive comedy, Finnegan’s Wake, at Michael’s at the Grove on Saturday, Oct. 4.

Prepare your eulogies because you may be called upon to stand up and salute the dearly departed with a joke, a song or a dance. It’s interactive theater, so the audience is part of the act. This comedy show is just the thing to lift your spirits – and there will be plenty of spirits to go around.

The show is performed by New England Fun Theater Company out of Canton, Mass. Tickets are $35 each and must be bought in advance. There will be a cash bar and light appetizers offered for sale. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. There will be drawings for 3 gift baskets to benefit the Greater Danbury Irish Cultural Festival.
