Malloy Orders Flags to Half-Staff to Honor College Shooting Victims
Flags will fly at half-staff beginning immediately until sunset on Tuesday to honor the victims of the shooting in Roseburg, Oregon.
Governor Dannel Malloy announced Friday that all U.S. flags are to be flown at half-staff, effective immediately.
The order came after President Barack Obama’s proclamation to lower U.S. flags to half-staff.
U.S. and Connecticut state flags will fly at half-staff beginning immediately through sunset on Tuesday, Oct. 6, to honor the victims of the shooting in Roseburg, Oregon.
