New Plans to Expand Business Park in Bethel
The final go-ahead is pending approval by the board of selectmen, finance, and also residents in a special town meeting.

BETHEL, CT — The plan to expand Clarke Business Park, long debated and deliberated, is moving ahead, the News Times is reporting.
The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the project in December, and now estimates the cost to be $950,000. The final go-ahead is pending approval by the board of selectmen, finance, and also residents in a special town meeting.
The expansion would preserve 25 acres while adding four new lots to the business park, good for an estimated $132,000 a year in tax revenue.
