New Year Resolution: Get Out More; It’s Free at the Bethel Public Library!

If one of your New Year resolutions is to get out more, without spending any money, then the Bethel Public Library has lots of choices for you. In addition to dozens of free programs for adults, teens, and children, the Library offers you an opportunity to enjoy monthly book discussions. They are friendly, relaxed, and the most fun when we don’t all agree!

The first book for 2015 is The Shadow of the Wind, the New York Times bestseller about missing literary works and Spain’s darkest secrets, by Carlos Ruiz Zafon. The meeting dates are Monday January 12 at 6:30 pm, and Wednesday January 28 at 10:00 am. Both meet in the Library’s Morse Conference Room.

No registration is required, and there’s nothing to buy; copies of the book will be available for checkout at the Library with a valid library card. For more information, please visit our website bethellibrary.org or call us at 203-794-8756 x4.

All Library programs are open to the public and meet accessibility requirements for the disabled. Those needing special accommodations must contact the Library 2 weeks prior to the program to make arrangements.

Bethel Public Library, 189 Greenwood Avenue, Bethel, CT.
