Obituary: Dora May Costello Bigham, 95, of Bethel
Dora could hold a conversation with anyone young or old about current events, politics, and any sport including her favorite Mets.

BETHEL, CT -- Dora May Costello Bigham, 95, was born in Bethel to Edward and Carrie Costello on March 9,1923. She was the widow of Francis J. Bigham and they were married 58 years prior to his death.
Dora enjoyed vacationing in Provincetown, Ma. each summer with her husband, children, grandchildren, and eventually great grandchildren. She hosted all family holidays with her favorites being Thanksgiving, Christmas, and holding her annual Easter Egg Hunt for all her grandchildren.
Dora could hold a conversation with anyone young or old about current events, politics, and any sport including her favorite Mets. This most likely accounted for her often winning at her weekly Trivia Monday where she hosted up to 11 or 12 friends every week for nearly 20 years. Dora learned how to use an iPad six years ago to keep in touch with her big family. We often joked that she progressed in 95 years from having an outhouse to using an iPad.
