Hans was a devoted husband, father, and friend. Hans proudly grew up in Brooklyn, NY where he graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School and Long Island University. Throughout his career in accounting and finance, he worked hard and traveled the country for companies such as Ingersoll Rand, PHH Homequity and Highwatch Recovery Center.

Hans loved planning lunch and dinner outings with his friends who he spoke about constantly with the greatest admiration. He had a gift of showing excitement over the simplest things, which is hard to match. Hans was a great gardener and loved to share his crop. He also enjoyed making the best spaghetti and clam sauce, a great batch of pancakes, having a glass of Bombay Sapphire, watching the Food Network, old movies, The Sopranos and re-runs of MASH, fishing, traveling, telling stories and sitting on his back porch spending quality time with his loved ones.
