OPINION: U.S. Does Not Have Any Databases On Syrian Refugees
Regarding the Syrian refugee crisis, a Bethel resident writes: "It is too easy for killers to become "refugees" and invade our country."

“We are a loving and giving nation in accepting Immigrants and refugees who we can put through a complete background check. However, when we are told by the FBI, Homeland Security and CIA that we can not vet these Syrian immigrants because U.S. does not have any databases on them, we can NOT accept them into our state and country. It is too easy for killers to become “refugees” and invade our country. If the French government can not locate and arrest the master mind behind the Paris tragedy, how can local politians and groups vet these people?”
