Patch Candidate Profile: Robert J. Legnard, Bethel Planning & Zoning

BETHEL, CT — The 2023 municipal election is heating up in Bethel and there are plenty of races with candidates eager to serve in elected office.

Retired UPS employee Robert J. Legnard, 81, is running for election to the Bethel Planning & Zoning Commission as a Republican. He holds a bachelor's degree from Sacred Heart University, is married to Mary, and the couple have three sons, and four grandchildren.
