This sweet girl is a three year old Dalmatian mix, and she is ready to find her forever family. DAWS volunteer Kristen says, “Crystal is one of those dogs who takes a little time to get to know you, and then falls in love, hard. When I walk her, she has this way of looking up at me with such affection it melts my heart. She and I also take little ‘hug breaks’ when we walk, and she nuzzles her head right into my neck for a moment.”
When Crystal first came to DAWS, she was pregnant, and delivered 8 adorable puppies while living in foster care. Since then, she has been patiently waiting at the shelter to return to family life. Though a little shy at first, with just a little time, Crystal warms up and shows you how ready to love you she truly is.
Crystal is available for adoption at Danbury Animal Welfare Society. If you are interested in adopting Crystal, come meet her during our Open House hours, Monday - Friday from 6-8, and Saturday and Sunday from 2-4. DAWS is located at 147 Grassy Plain Street, in Bethel. Even if you are unable to adopt Crystal, but would like to help her find her forever home, you can still help!
