A public hearing on the proposal to add 18 residential units and 10-12 retail shops with only 16 parking spaces continues Tue 11/24 at 7 pm
The Public Hearing on the proposal to build 18 housing units and 10 to 12 retail shops at 155 Greenwood Avenue in Bethel continues this Tuesday, Nov. 24 online at 7 p.m.
On October 27th 14 of 15 residents who spoke came out against the proposal to reduce the required parking from 57 car spots to 16.
Concerns about changes to a building registered on the National Historic Places Registry were raised and brushed off.

Concerns about including in the proposal drawings changes to adjacent properties that haven't even been consulted were also raised.
Additional review of the currently published Zoning Regulations requires a special permit to build additional buildings on the lot in the Village District -- and no permit has even been requested.
