Public Hearing for New Stony Hill Gas Station is July 14

The Bethel Planning & Zoning Commission will hear the application of 82 Stony Hill Road LLC for a site plan and special permit for property located at 82 Stony Hill Road to build a new gas station.

The property is located next to The Barn Yard, across from Starbuck’s in the Route 6 zone. A map of the proposed location can be found in the Assessor’s Office at Map 83 Block 113 and Lot 56. Maps are available at the Land Use Department, 1 School Street, Bethel.

The applicant, 82 Stony Hill Road LLC, proposes to build a 3,400 square foot gas station with a convenience store. Residents will be heard and written communication will be received at the meeting which will be held July 14 at 7 p.m. in Meeting Room D of the Bethel Municipal Center, 1 School Street.
