Raymond E. Main, 91, of Bethel, Passed Away July 23

Raymond E. Main of Bethel, CT passed away peacefully at Danbury Hospital on July 23, 2015 at the age of 91. Ray was born in Danbury and retired from the Danbury School System.

He was a WWII veteran. Ray is survived by the “love of his life” Katherine, his children and step-children: Barbara & David Bigham, William & Charlene Evans, Sherry & Adam Kyriacou, Joan & Robert Lynch, Arlene & Michael Calabrese, and Brenda Zeno. He was a loving grandfather to many, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Ray was predeceased by his parents John & Mary Main, his brothers John and Connie, and his sister Betty.

Services will be held in private with his beloved family. Funeral arrangement have been entrusted to Green Funeral Home in Danbury.
