Reminder: Public Hearing Planned for Proposed Affordable Housing Units in Bethel

A public hearing is planned for proposed affordable housing units at 49 Taylor Ave. in downtown Bethel.

Bethel Planning and Zoning is holding the public hearing on Nov. 10, 2015 at 7 p.m. at the Municipal Center, 1 School Street, in Meeting Room D.

The meeting will be to hear the proposal for the owner of the property, Timothy Draper, for the building containing 8 residential units for the Affordable Housing Statute of the Connecticut Section 8-30g. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hear comments from the public, however the public cannot vote.
