Following the last Friday night, the Bethel High swim team got together again Saturday afternoon to participate at the junior varsity invitational meet hosted by SWC Champions, Pomepraug High School.
The Wildcats took advantage of getting a few more swims in before the States this coming weekend while joining Pomperaug, Naugutuck and a few more teams for a friendly afternoon meet.
The Wildcats' roster was short as many members were preparing for the BHS NJROTC Military Ball held Saturday night in Monroe, but over a dozen swimmers swam hard and had alot of fun. Coaches Katie McGowan, Tate Rogers and manager Olivia Mullen made sure a few of the swimmers reached their personal bests too.
