Several members of the Ron Magee Fan Club had a great time at Caravella Restaurant (at the Portuguese Cultural Center in Danbury) on Friday, July 3.
The Ron Magee Fan Club is open to everyone who is interested in reliving the life and achievements of Ron Magee, Bethel legend, and sharing humorous anecdotes from the past present and future. The group is committed to “synergistically molding high-quality dissertation about Ron Magee in order to collaboratively foster world-class commentary about Ron and his friends; as well as to empower visionary thinking among our members to create principle-centered feedback to meet our readers’ needs, serve mankind and make ours a better world.”
Frank Pezavento and lovely wife Kathy took the bus up from Florida to attend, winning the prize for members traveling from the greatest distance. Former Bethel High School heartthrob Dave “the Rocket” Burke was seen in attendance as was former Bethel High School hoop star George Vincent. In the photo above Ron Magee surprised his fans with an unofficial visit, signed autographs, and posed for pictures with members.
